Meantime, he acquired an extensive experience in the bank industry, while holding different positions with BRD Groupe Societe Generale, for almost 3 years, working closely to corporate clients and high-end individual clients.
He has graduated the Academy of Economics Studies, Bucharest with a major in Business Management followed by master in Investment Management at the same university. He is certified as an Investment Consultant and holds a certification from London Business School on Corporate Finance.

Mihai Dumitrescu has been in charge with the real estate department since July 2006. His major contribution to the development of his department brought Crosspoint among the top real estate companies on the market.
Personally, he brokered transactions of more than EUR 80M, consolidating its position as one of the most valuable individual real estate advisors.
He has graduated the Romanian-American University of Bucharest with a major in International Economic Relations. He has graduated the Academy of Economics Studies, Bucharest with a major in Business Management followed by master in Investment Management at the same university.
He is certified as an Investment Consultant and holds a certification from London Business School on Corporate Finance.

Simona is one of the most experienced marketing professionals in Romania, having registered impressive results in more than 10 years since she has been activating in the field of international and domestic business brokerage.
She coordinates our marketing & development department, both as regards the company corporate image as well as property marketing for the assets we represent. Simona is a graduate of the International Relations & European Studies Faculty in Bucharest.

Cristina conducts the leasing and income producing properties sales process of the commercial properties in our portfolio, excellently liaising with property owners / developers and the tenants / investors.
Our colleague uses her large legal & commercial expertise combined with an excellent “can-do” attitude in day-to-day activities that include prospecting the market and conducting the negotiations with future tenants, property portfolio updating, relocations processes, new leases, legal and financial support in matters of property lease / transfer / investment options.
