Este vizat at\u00e2t interiorul apartamentului, c\u00e2t \u0219i spa\u021biul folosit la comun cu ceilal\u021bi locatari. \u00cen cazul \u00een care apar probleme tehnice sau urme de uzur\u0103 la nivelul locuin\u021bei, proprietarii trebuie \u00een\u0219tiin\u021ba\u021bi pentru a derula etapele de recondi\u021bionare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Furnizarea_utilitatilor\"><\/span>Furnizarea utilit\u0103\u021bilor<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin contract, proprietarul se oblig\u0103 s\u0103 furnizeze locatarului ambientul ideal pentru confortul personal, dar \u0219i pentru derularea activit\u0103\u021bilor zilnice.
