Ideal monument villa for the embassy, consulate, in the Romana Square area

The villa is located in the northern part of Bucharest, in the Romana area, close to Romana Square and Victoriei Square.
It is a famous house from the beginning of the twentieth century, built by the Austrian architect Oskar Maugsch at the time when Dacia Blvd was called New Boulevard. Here, starting with 1936, the French Institute functioned for ten years.

Villa D+P+E, completely renovated and restored (in 2009), has a usable area of 1,125sqm and a land area of 1,000sqm.
Facilities: video surveillance system, permanent security and protection, ventilation system, own central heating system.
The building is decorated in the style of the seventh century, frescoes and authentic decorations (Murano chandeliers, restored stuccoes, dressed in gold leaf, Italian marble columns in the main hall on the ground floor)
